Vacancy Recording and Searching

The Client/Prospect Vacancy database holds:

• selection by skills and/or attributes as essential (AND), desirable (OR) or NOT
• selection by experience/expertise level differentiate 'experts' from 'trainees'
• locations and travel times checking - uses UK post towns (or non-UK options)
• age and salary/o.t.e. and/or hourly/daily/weekly rate range selection/elimination
• Candidates considered/submitted/rejected/offered/accepted/started job
• text search for words or phrases in responses and comments fields
• text search for words or phrases in cvs then automatically update the Skill database
• integrated with Microsoft Word for job description provided by Client/Prospect
• export Vacancy information to agency's own and common industry websites
• change criteria and repeat search until optimum number of Candidates identified
