Client and Prospective Client Contacts
The Client/Prospect Contact database holds:
- comprehensive personal data, including current
job title
- direct line, mobile and personal fax telephone
numbers
- alternative address - if differs from Client/Prospect
employer
- diary call priority or best time of day to call or time zone
- history of recent contacts and details of action/response
- next call due date and sales consultant responsible
for making the call
- integrated with Microsoft® Word and Outlook for
letters and e-mailing
- autodial using Skype®
or Windows dialler (with suitable telephone
link)
- facility to create a Candidate record from the
Contact (for executive search)
- facility to move Contact to a new Client/Prospect
on change of employer
