Client or Prospect Screens

The Client and Prospect database holds:

• basic company data, including contact names with job title and call due date
• attributes of and skills used by company, including mail merge selection data
• past employees and contract/temporary staff (who are registered Candidates)
• currently active (and optionally past inactive) Vacancies summary
• integration with Microsoft® Word, Outlook and Internet Explorer web browser
• telephone preference service website number checking link
• autodial using Skype® or Windows dialler (with suitable telephone link)
