The Candidate database holds:

• comprehensive personal data, including mobility and current remuneration
• current and past employers and/or contract/temporary assignments
• jobs discussed/considered, interviews arranged/results, offers made
• skills, experience and attributes profile

  • grouped into categories according to your needs (qualification, job function, industry)

  • three levels of expertise per skill (high for expert, average, low for trainee/out of date)

  • choose your descriptions - full English (or other) language words - no 'codes' needed

  • unlimited synonym addition to allow for alternative words, formats and mis-spellings

  • automatic record generation and skilling from Word CV using the CVImport program

• availability to begin new assignment or notice period in current job
• date and details of last contact and diary date of next contact due
• import and export Candidates to and from the database
• integrated with Microsoft® Word and Outlook for letters, diary and e-mailing
• Candidates' original and agency formatted Microsoft Word CV's attached
• autodial using Skype® or Windows dialler (with suitable telephone link)
• link to scanned or imported photograph and 'proof of identity'
